Typically, when clients work with me, they already know what action they need to take.
- You know you need to let go of an addictive porn habit so your tool can recover from ED
- You know you want to get consistent in the gym so you can maintain the lifestyle you love
- You know you need to walk away from people who aren’t aligned with the relationship you crave
- You know you need to put yourself out there and ask for a date so regret stops eating you alive.

But they aren’t doing the action or aren’t doing it consistently enough.
After you know the action you want to take, then we can focus on unraveling the emotional and mental patterns that slow or hold you back. It’s a lot like the gears of a watch, where different gears represent your:
- Conscious mindset
- Emotional patterns
- Unconscious thoughts
- Physical actions

If one gear isn’t moving, it can stop the whole watch from working.
(Even if the issue is primarily within your conscious mindset.)
For example, one client worked with me because she could not get herself to work out. She knew the action she needed to take, but her thought process was enough to stop her from following through.

As we blasted through some key limiting beliefs about ‘not having the right’ type of body (amongst others)
she also became freer to pursue her dream job as an entrepreneur.
Even though we never discussed her desire to have her own business!

One of my favorite benefits of the unconscious process I use with clients:
The realizations and benefits can continue for several months after a session in unexpected ways. Like a snowball effect, it gets bigger and better with time.
She was always capable, but the belief that her vision was truly within reach was clouded until we cleared a path for her.

Belief is not everything, but belief alone can act like a concrete wall
that stands in your way when you want to act on your most heartfelt desires.
