Nobody is going to end a porn addiction for you.

Nobody is going to end a porn or love addiction for you.

There’s a moment I love watching in my clients that is pure magic.

A light-bulb moment that is necessary for sustainable, adaptable results whether you want to end an addiction or change a relationship pattern.

The moment it begins to dawn on someone that NOBODY, man or woman, is going to ride in on a white horse and magically sweep away:

  • Compulsive behaviors like porn addiction
  • Disappointments in relationships
  • The emptiness felt inside

Sorry, not sorry.

The frustration of standing on THAT edge IS the doorway into the unknown.

The unknown is where everything you want but haven’t yet experienced exists. That is the type of growth you will benefit from for years. And that is exactly what makes it so fu$K!ng uncomfortable at first. 😇🙃

Once you carry yourself over the threshold, you’ll be moving in the direction you want to be.

So if you find yourself someplace you’d rather not be – the answer is as simple as heading in another direction. A direction you haven’t been to before or one you’ve been to but know that you prefer.

Then the interest in the addiction or relationship that brings you pain will fade.

You won’t have to fight it. But as long as you wait for somebody else to fix it or tell you ‘what’s wrong’ with you, you will continue to wait. You can benefit from help in moving past it, but always remember that you are the magic that causes the help to work.
